The cuisine is different depending on where you go in the country. You may go to the city, where you will go through a satisfying tasting sensation. The Australians National cake of the day is the Lamington. Everyone in the country will know about this tasty delight. It is usually sold everywhere. Even children will know how to make it and they pass it on to their children. It starts off with a sponge cake which is layered with chocolate and coconut. It is best served with tea or coffee.
